got mine done yesterday, but I love how they try to trick you and tell you that you scheduled for a oil change also. The stealers also came out with an inspection saying i had 2 oil leaks that would cost me $2300 to fix! Take that to my guy who would charge me $2-300 to fix that. Just a gasket that needs to be replaced.

I too read about this on this forum itself. So, I just called Irvine BMW, told them that I bought my car 3 weeks ago and dont even have DMV registration yet. They said no problem, my car is affected by this problem and they would perform the recall. They changed my car's owner name/address as me and called me for the repair on Tuesday.
