Took out the rear seats no problem but fitting them in seems to be a big problem.
At least for the back rest, it just wont click into place.
Does someone need to push against it and someone else go into the boot and lock it using the locks in the boot (tried that but the actuator won't lock and I'm afraid to force it).
Or you just push against it real hard (which does not work)?

They are not folding seats by the way.

Hmmm... Mine clicked right in, but I had to be very careful with aligning the left and right ends. If one of them is out of place, it won't click in proprely.

Yeah they're aligned ok since I can see the 2 bottom screw holes perfectly aligned. Have tried pushing the lock by hand and it is really stiff.

Ok, how about the both ends?
If I remember it right, there are metal beckets on left and right ends of the back rest, and they have to be slid in little holes/casings on both sides.

yep - it should snap right in if aligned properly. It does not take 2 people nor any work in the boot to make it catch.
