BMW has stopped selling CF rear diffuser for the E60 sometime back. I was wondering if anyone has one or ever tried the after market ones? Hows the quality and look?
Thanks

I have a Schmiedmann diffuser (German manufacturer). It's made of fiberglass (wrapped in CF) and the fitting was bad until I modified it. Please avoid the ones made of fiberglass --> they don't bend at all but crack instead if the fitment is bad.

I am so very sure this is also going to be a fiber glass product wrapped up in CF, just like you said!
Wonder why BMW stopped making these back in 08.

It may be so...
The problem in my diffuser was that it was too straight when looked from above. So the center fitted nicely, but the left&right end stucked out of the rear bumper approx. 1 inch.
It can be fitted of course, but I felt it just annoying to finish a product that should have been finished already by the manufacturer.
