I'm really interested in having my 550i upgraded with real time traffic feature, driving in south Florida has become a nightmare, especially when the snowbirds start arriving.

I would love some input from anyone that has this feature, how accurate is it and do the bulletins arrive fast enough to make a difference and does nav re-route you around the trouble?

Haven't heard of this feature in a BMW. I have avoided this option because I usually mapquest.com my route if I am going somewhere that I don't know but if real time traffic was available , then that would be a real benefit.

Your header says: Dealer says I can upgrade my 07 550i
I would love to have this in my car, I-95 is a nightmare.
What exactly did your dealer tell you about the upgrade?
