Anyway, the original poster wanted to simply know how to display that value, because the speedo stops after 260 km/h.

clearest photo I've ever seen at over 166mph.......anyone agree? youll know what I mean if youve ever tried taking a photo at those speeds! (even with a decent camera correctly set up)

Sorry. Two separate pictures are not evidence. Even if GPS would be in the same picture as spedo and instrument speed would not be evidence. At least not for me. One picture still contains EXIF info, one not, just to note first discrepancy.

I agree they are not "evidence". My point is that we are not in a court of law, though in a court of law of most countries one picture showing that type of info taken by an officer of the law will be enough to send you to jail...

Can I believe that a 535d unrestricted (and chipped) can do 268 km/h? Yes, I can, easily. There are several people on this forum with them, all attesting speeds over 270 km/h. Are they all lying? The power to do that speed is available, dynoed and tested.

I do not contest at all that a 535d can do 268 km/h even not chipped. 535d is a monster. I was simply talking about pictures and real speed. :D
