Has anyone else had this problem? Rain sensor was working fine and then suddenly quit. Wipers are working fine otherwise.

I sometimes have problems that the sensor doesn't see very light rain. But with normal rain I haven't had any problems yet.

Did you turn the sensitivity knob? When you do that the wipers will wipe ones.

When I first activate the rain sensor I no longer get the first few wipes that let you know that they are on.

And if you turn the sensitivity knob (it's next to the on/off button). I think you have a problem if it doesn't do the first wipe when you turn it on..

I had exactly the same symptoms - i took it into the dealer and they "refreshed" the software - cant tell you what they did but they only had it for half an hour. All they told me was that it was that it was some sort of bug in the SW drivers.

It has worked fine ever since (apart from being a little insensitive to light rain).
