My Ride: 2006 525I
Post

Hi all, thnx for taking the time to read my post. I have a 2006 525I and I'm having an issue with my A/C. It tends to come on by itself without me touching it for some odd reason as I drive more than once also, so if i turn it off, coupleo f minutes later it comes back on by itself. I dont know if there is an option that I have to set under climate on the idrive or something of that nature, any response would be greatly appreciated . Thnx

Is the AC turning on, or is the fan turning on? If the AC is set to "auto", the fan will will come on and off to maintain the temperature you set on your AC dial. If your AC is set to "manual" then the fan speed dial controls the intensity of the AC. Some more details may be helpful.

I'll try to turn the Auto setting off, and then go from there. Thnx for the reply.
