19" BMW M3 replica rims and tires, they were on a 2007 335i. Tires are 235/35 ZR 19 Pirellii P Zero Nero, offset is 35. Will these fit a 528i XDrive (E60)? Thanks boys!

Yes it should ... but wrong tire size since recommended E60 19" tire size = 245/35-19 ... using the 3-series size will have less sidewall and may effect the ride (more due to E60 being heavier) and also less wheel protection not to mention wider fender gap visually.

Thanks blastiwi, thank you for your reply...so it could work but not recommended, are the repercussions serious if I do decide to put them on as is?

Not that I know ... visually since less sidewall the fender gap will be more visible and will look skinnier due less width then from comfort more harsh ride due to less cushion and from protection to the wheel of any road hazard.
Use http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Tire-Size-Calculator to see the difference in number plugin the stock, the 3-series and the recommended tire sizes.
Also, check to make sure those are square setup or staggered setup ... it'll get more complicated when staggered on xi/xDrive/AWD model.
