My Ride: 2008 535i, platinum gray with cream beige dakota leather, premium, sport, comfort access, navigation, heated seats, sport auto with paddles, premium sound, sat radio, ipod
Default

I am ordering/buying a 535 today. I have narrowed it down to two options. Help me decide!

Option One: A fresh off the truck Jet Black on beige 535 with prem, sport, sport auto, comfort access, heated seats, sat radio, ipod adapt. Doesn't have premium sound or fold-down rear seats, which I wish it had. Post June 1 price increase.

Option Two: A 535 that can be dealer transfered (has been on other dealer's lot 2 months) that is Black Sapphire Metallic on beige with prem, sport, sport auto, heated seats, premium sound, fold down rear seats, HD radio, ipod adapt. Pre-June 1 price increase.

Not sure which is the better color, or situation! please chime in!

Thanks!

+1. I was a Jet Black kind of guy for years, but the Black Sapphire just makes the car sparkle.

My Ride: 2008 BMW 550i Sport Carbon Black Metallic/Cream Beige Manny tranny and other stuff Recently gone, but never forgotten: 2005 Ford Mustang GT (hence the name) Torch Red/Crimson Manny tranny and every option available for that year 2002 Chrysler 300M Special Brilliant Black/Light Taupe/Dark Slate Autostick and goo-gobs of neat features that I will sorely miss

Jet Black will look better when she's clean, but you've already disqualified that car by saying it doesn't have the equipment you want (folding seats.) That's exacerbated by the fact that the Black Sapphire one does. So get the Black Sapphire; though I doubt you'd miss folding seats. These are cars, not trucks/SUVs.

Yes, black sapphire
They're both black, but believe me, sapphire black doesn't show imperfections as easily as jet black.
