I think you've cracked it Mr Singh. I reckon I've been quoted something other than the part number.
Will contact the seller again.

Each 19" tyre costs about ?250. So if I ever get a puncture, I at least want to have the choice of being able to get a puncture repair.
That white gunky spray stuff you get on a puncture repair kit will mean the tyre will not be repairable.

Hope we don't get them.

Almost all punctures leads to a need of a new tire, especially with high-perf 19"s.
I very rarely drive my car at the limit. I never do more than 90mph (been caught speeding once too often!). So I think if the car is not being driven at the limit, then there is not that much stress on the tyre, and so less of an effect of having had a puncture repair.

Why would you say such a thing ? I have had about 3 punctures in the last 3 years, and in all cases the tyre was repairable.

In neither cases did the tire actually leak.
But we are talking now about 19" sports tires, if even not so stressed.

In neither cases did the tire actually leak, but in both cases the tires was repaired.
But we are now talking about 19" sports tires, if even not so stressed, I would not drive any repaired such tire.
RF tires are made for you, my friend.
