Yeah, I read that too. Great news for Sirius...
Here's the official letter that they sent to people who contacted Sirius about the issue: Dear Valued Customer: Thank you for recently contacting us to express your point-of-view regarding FOX News. At that time, we were still in discussions with FOX and working diligently to come to an agreement to be able to continue to offer FOX News. We are pleased to tell you that we have successfully secured FOX News as part of our lineup. On March 14th, you will see it on Channel 131 and additionally you will also find FOX News Talk on Channel 145. Thank you for being a SIRIUS subscriber; we look forward to serving you for years to come. Stay tuned for future programming updates, as we continue to listen to your feedback and work hard to ensure our complete programming offering provides all of the value and options that our subscribers deserve. This is great news! I had XM in my 2002 330cic and listened to Fox about 75% of the time. So I was really bummed when I got my 545i with Sirius but no Fox! Plus, the audio quality of the CNN news channel is absolutely terrible. For those that had Fox through Sirius before they were dropped, is the audio quality any better than CNN?

Unfortunately, I don't think the quality of Fox on Sirius was much better than CNN...
