Hello there. I have been looking at getting a quad exhaust set up for my car (2007 550i) and have just been told this will cause a loss of power. Can anyone give me any advice or tell me the best way forward as I still want this done. I was looking at the Eisenman quads for the 550i from one of the vendors here. Anyone who has done this mod successfully would be good to hear from.
PS is my car pre LCI ?? thanks

Hey there. Do a search for "the truth behind quad setup" A couple of members did a great write up with dyno before and after showing an 11.5 hp gain with this magnaflow setup! Now this was for the 550i only so not sure about other model engines? You will obviously need a M5 bumper or quad diffuser from the msport bumper and a good exhaust shop to bend some pipe (keep it mandrel). Here is a pix of the setup on the ground, it will be installed in two weeks...will post pixs after. Gl
