'06 550i

About two weeks ago i took off the muffler or shall i say mufflers from my 550i, i was going to replace them with a Magnaflow but i like the sound of the car with the muffler delete. So now i am looking for help from anyone who has done a quad exhaust on their 5. There is clearly enough room on the drivers side for the exits but on the right side, where the battery compartment is, it looks a bit too cramped around that area. Can anyone post a underbody shot of where they put the piping through? I have seen it before but i just can't seem to find that post again.

I don't have an underbody shot of mine currently, but the muffler shop had to "modify" the battery box for my pipes to fit. By modify I mean they pounded in the corner of the box with a hammer until the pipes cleared. This had zero effect on the battery or the box itself (other than the obvious one of a bashed in corner).

Did you start with the dual exits from the second resonator?

Here ya go and i would recommend leaving the resonators there as it will have very little drone but still sound very nice!!!
Choose your tips wisely and use a reputable shop that measures and can bend proper pipe! Use 2.25" inlet outlet
