My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
Today I asked my SA to see if it is possible to retrofit an '06 E60 with folding mirrors. He has never heard of anyone doing it, but he will investigate and will let me know. I'll post an update when he calls me. In the meantime, has anyone done this on an US spec car? If so, what did it entail? TIA

Nope dont think i can recall anyone doing it... I know a member who bought everything and exhausted the means on trying to get folding mirrors on his 545 but in the end failed.
