So my SA and Service Manager at Crevier BMW went ahead and opened a PUMA case for the squeaks and rattles in my car after months and multiple attempts to diagnose and fix the problem...window seals and doors seals replaced and lubed. Speakern assesmbly replaced. Leather conidtioning done...what next?

1. What is a PUMA case??, heard about it for Dunlop RFT and that was it.

2. What will it do for me?

3. Would they actually do a trade assist after the field service engineer can't figure out the problem?

A PUMA case is a direct request for help from BMW by the dealer

Did they lube the new door seals, that is not supposed to be done

The best way to fix noises is to use a directional microphone to determine the exact source of the noise and then fix it

The stealeship and SA was given TIS printed info from this forum, that why gthey decidde to replace the seals, thus, I'm assuming it was the redesigned seals that were used.
