Default PT-CAN EGS Fault 6HP26 545i

Hey 5series. I've been lurking for a long time now trying to find an answer to my problem but have not found anything definitive. Now, it's time to create an account and ask for your advice.

The problem is the transmission goes into failsafe shortly after driving but then after a little bit more driving (5-10 minutes) and restarting the car, it goes back to normal. Drives and shifts butter smooth.
Fluid and seals changed 8,000 kms/5000 miles ago. Problem arose about 4-5 months after service. Around November when the weather changed it would pop up on cold days but be fine on warm days so it may be temperature dependent. It only happens after I leave the car for more than a few hours.

It is usually triggered when at a stop light and the rpm drops from 750 to 500 rpm idle. The Red Cog pops up on the dash and it goes into 3rd gear failsafe. Then the rpm rises back up to 750 rpm for a couple minutes then goes back down to idle by the next stop light. Drive about 3 miles down the road, pull over, restart, and it's back to normal again. It does NOT go back to normal if I immediately pull over and restart it just stays in failsafe. This can happen without moving at all too. Idling at a standstill in the parking lot. 750rpm to 500rpm, transmission cog pops up and the gear indicator disappears.

Codes:
D358 No message (transmission, 0x0BA), receiver DSC, transmitter EGS/SMG
5142 No message, receiver EGS, transmitter Kombi
5146 Message from the driver's seat satellite missing, receiver EGS, transmitter SSFA
299B DME: Intelligent battery sensor, communication
CF07 Transmission control: communication fault: PT-CAN
2909 DME: CAN tiemout, transmission control unit
5144 No message from the Car Access System, receiver EGS, transmitter CAS
5149 No Message from the power module, receiver EGS, transmitter CAS/PM
514A No message from the centre console control panel, receiver EGS, transmitter SZM
A0B1 CAS: Input, selector-lever position, implausible

Inpa codes with voltage
A3AA (14.9v)
2909 p1611 (11.68v engine off, 12.72v at 760rpm, 14.6v at 1280 rpm, 13.28v at 480rpm 13.85v at 1040rpm, 14.88v at 2120 rpm)
299b (14.32v engine on at 520rpm)
2909 p1747 (12.88v, 14.24v, 13.36v)

Codes that I think may affect the EGS that's on the same PT-CAN bus
932E LM: AHL System fault (It's been a fault since I've had it)

Other codes:
9C54 INKA: AUC sensor
A168 M-ASK-GW: Hardware faulty (busted m-ask screen)

IBS
States of charge last determined:
Last:79.30%
1 day ago: 58.59%
2 days ago 99.61%
3 days ago: 99.61%
4 days ago: No statement possible: Check the voltage supply from the IBS for loose contact.
5 days ago: 32.03%
State of charge of the battery is OK.
(These parameters has not changed at all since i checked it in December and it's now March. Weird. There were 1 or 2 times where ISTA could not read the IBS. 1 time is already odd enough)

I have a few theories on this
1. Weak Battery
- I hear lots of people have weird electrical faults when their battery is weak
-When it drops back to idle but bumps back up to 750rpm that only means one thing is that the battery needs to be charged. Or the A/C is running but this winter.
-299B IBS Fault (Maybe the cable itself but it was replaced 1.5 years ago)
(Car starts fine every time)

2. Loose EGS Pin and/or Connector
-There's a service bulletin that a pin (#14) that's pushed in the connector (X8500) may pop up a couple codes that I have (A3AA* & D358) *This code only shows on INPA for some reason not in ISTA/D
-Also a service bulletin where if the connector(X8500) is not seated correctly 7-8mm instead of 3mm it will pop up communication faults
(Why would these problems pop up 5 months after not immediately after the service or why not while I'm driving after restarting)

3. IBS Fault
-299B DME: Intelligent battery sensor, communication
-In ISTA/D when I read the State of Charge, it's exactly the same parameters as it was when I checked 3 months ago. So it's not reading the battery correctly or at all for some reason.

I don't think it's an EGS/Mechatronic fault or Transmission hardware fault because it drives fine all day afterwards. I drive it hard. Kick-Down mode. Sport Mode. Manual Mode. No ratio/solenoid codes ever. And no communication faults.

Need your help 5series! Please! Some of you might say why don't you just replace those things and just see if it works. I don't have money to throw at it and see what sticks so I hope you can help me with some troubleshooting, thanks!
