I had the Progman 25 update on 04/12. As expected, we lost the radio station settings, and had to reconfingure all the heater/ventilation settings. One thing we haven't seemed to be able to get back is the memory for seat, wheel & mirrors. I don't think it's a low charge in the fobs, as each gets about 10 hours per week in the slot in the dash. I've read the manual, and followed all the proper steps, but can't seem to get it to work. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you mean when switching from one key to the other? I think this an option to be selected in I-Drive. The choices I think are when car is unlock, when door is opened, or no changes.

Not a bug (or even a glitch).
I made sure the two settings were programmed into the memory seat settings before the upgrade. I had to switch the option on again. As well as locking the doors when driving away.
BTW I also had "door mirror folding" programmed as CKM. Neat.

Well, I had the seats programmed in memory, and the proper selections in I-Drive, but when Missus ExGMan drives it using her fob, it won't change to "her" positions. The same thing happens to me...unlock car, open door, put fob in panel...no change on anything. Maybe a three-finger salute, and start over? Any downsides to that?
Once you reinstate the iDrive settings remember you have to LOCK the car with each key with the seat in the corresponding target position. The position for EACH key is then stored.

Do the mirrors fold in automatically upon locking the car normally or do you have to hold the lock button for a few seconds. I asked my dealer about this, thinking the key had to be programmed and he said no just hold the lock button for a couple of seconds and the mirrors will fold, similar principle with open windows etc.

My door mirrors can now be operated by holding the remote lock button (as you say a la windows). This feature wasn't working on my e60 until it was programmed by the dealer as part of CKM (car/key memory).
