Can anyone recommend a good BMW specialist to code my professional nav retrofit? I live in NC, USA. I have already taken to local BMW dealership and they gave up. I then took to a local shop that had Autologic and they did not know what to do with it. I am finding that their are not many independant shops that have Autologic. Is Autologic required or can I try another independant that uses the GT1 programmers? I have plugged everything up and the Nav does not recognize the DVD. Radio and trip computer seem to work.

are you using an original dvd or a copy? and, silly question, you did put the nav dvd in the bottom of the two disc slots?

try contracting Patryk, I don't know if he can help but he's probably the closest bet. his screen name here is Patrys

Were you pre-nav wired?

And very important that you use an original..at least to start with. If you have sound I don't see why you would have a programming issue at this point. may not be necessary.
