Hi guys, i got some problem with my radio head unit.
My radio's volume will go down until zero everytime i start the car. What could be the culprit? I'm using ccc at the moment. Anyone facing the same problem with me?
thanks

Quite possible that the steering wheel volume button is stuck. I had an issue with the spinning wheel for volume control a few years ago when it actually broke. You can infinitely spin it now and the volume won't go up or down. I tried to get that fixed and the stealership told me that with these radios I'd have to replace the whole unit as the button itself isn't replaceable! hahah.. $2500 for a button? No thanks. So now I just suffer with the steering wheel control.

I had the same problem. Mine was that the bluetooth interface needed to be replaced. the radio/the whole idrive system was affected by it everytime I'd start the car.
