hey guys i have a 530d 2005 e60. I had it remapped a few months ago and it was working great. A month later i was driving in the motorway and decided to push the pedal down to "kick-down". As it hit 4000rpm it just it got stuck at that rev meter and the car was moving at constant speed. This problem started occuring more frequently and randomly. I called up the guy who remapped my car and he said there might be too much of a boost on the turbo so he reprogrammed it to push in less pressure to it. Drove it again and now it seems to be worse than before, and is even happeneing at lower rev, as low as 3000rpm. Has anyone experienced this before? this is really frustrating! do you think this could be a cause of the remap or possible something else like the mass airflow meter. Thanks guys

if your uxbridge way, you should go to "torque of the devil" (power engineering) and at the rear of super chips.
