Need help my car keeps going crazy when I drive it the dash keeps going on and of and saying control failure

Have you had the alternator and battery checked. I would start there

No I will check that tho it has a boot fault and a rear number plate fault too when I open boot with key the number plate light goes on and off too I’ve only had it a few weeks

Since you just bought it then you might want to have the codes checked and post them. Seems light the car you have had multiple issues or maybe a ground issue. You have to post the whole picture for real help.

Start with knowing your alternator and battery is good first.

Won’t let me upload video but the screen will turn off and then come back on with this message and warning lights only does it when it been running for a while but I will go and get battery checked tomorrow and then find someone to read codes too first bmw I’ve had always had vw never had problems with them
