PRO/SAT NAV Retrofit in the UK

I have e60 with bus sat/nav in UK with advanced air con etc.. I notice that the retrofit for pro/nav is available in USA and Europe and not UK. I tried getting an answer out of BMU UK or my dealer and they both have no idea when/if this will be made available in the UK. Any ideas UK folks?

BMW North America has now made the parts available for a retro-fit kit. The part numbers, posted here: http://bimmer.roadfly.org/bmw/forums/e60/5318564-1.html are:
CCC Retrofit/Conversion Kit US:65 90 0 390 844
You also need one of the following dashboard trim panel (covered under warranty) color to match dashboard color...
Black: 51 45 7 063 152
Grey: 51 45 7 063 153
Beige: 51 45 7 063 154
Brown: 51 45 7 063 155
