Is the premium package worth it?

I was curious to see what some of you who have premium package in the US(not too sure if its different everywhere else) think of it? Besides leather is it worth it. What exactly do you get? Thanks

In Canada, the premium package includes the following: Comfort Seats, Through Load with Ski Bag, Heated Seats Rear, Park Distance Control, (Includes visual display), Harman/Kardon Logic 7 Sound System.
Worth every penny ...

US Premium package includes:
Dakota leather upholstery and door trim
4-way power lumbar support for front seats
Auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror
Lighting Package
Integrated 3-button Universal garage-door opener
It's the first option you should have before any other option IMO.

i think its the most base option, a bimmer with leatherette? i dont think so~~

But if you are thinking of 545i, then there's no 'Premium package' options for you as it is standard..

Well how about this, If I order Nasca Leather and Comfort/Ventilated seats, all I get in the premium pkg at this point is an auto-dimming rearview mirror and a Universal garage door opener which, in my opinion, is not worth $2000+. Would you guys agree? or is there more I am missing?
