Pre lci angel eye bulbs keep burning out....also quote on sub insulation

Am on a second set of bulbs in my pre lci halogen angel eyes. They keep burning out they wasnt the most exspensive sets can any1 point me in the right direction i just want them to last nd be a nice white/blue colour.

I also got a quote 2day about havin a sub nd amp fitted for around £100 is that about right or should i shop around abit more??
