Yesterday I got my shadowline in the mail from Garry and Im wondering if its worth a couple hundred bucks to have put on or should I do it myself. I have never played with trim on any type of car... advice?!

I agree. I would save the $200 and DIY. It's not too difficult, but you just have to be careful and patient.

100% dyi... it looks harder then it is. The member who graciously put the dyi together is much more careful then i...I'd argue it to be a 2-3 hour job at most.

I just did it a month ago. I think it was about two hours. It could have been quicker, but I took the time to really clean the areas behind the trim. It's mostly just taking it slow and putting down tape/towels so as not to scratch the car. It's definitely a finesse application.

Im leaning towards the diy, now the question is what to do with the 200 bucks, ideas on how I can help stimulate the economy?
