Maybe this will work. $150 + spraying & fitting.

Its a quiet cool option.
But what about the old lip bumber ??? should it be cutted off ?? as it is with bumber one piece ??
Or just re-putting the new lip on it ????? pls advise . .. . . .

It will work just fine. It is a astraight replacement and will look even better than before.
I think it is his best option as replacing the Lip is much easier than the whole bumper - not to mention way cheaper and will not need worrying about PDC sensors.

It will need to be painted ofcourse.

^^^
the only problem i could see is the housing for the fog light. is it still there? from the picture it looks damaged. you could add the lip and it should hide the damage but if you can't put the fog light back into the orig bumper this may be a moot point.

From the looks of your damage, you will need a new bumper as the foglight housing is broken. If you put a lip on to cover it it wouldn't work as the bumper is already damage and adding more weight to the bumper will make the situation worst.

The M kit is also a good solution since the kit comes with the whole bumper and new foglights. But if you are on a tight budget then just replace the bumper.

I am sure a good bodyshop will be able to make the lip spoiler work on your broken bumper. And if the mounting for the fog light has been broken I am sure, if you find a good bodyshop or a bodyshop who specialises in modifying and bodykits, they will be able to mount the fog light suitabily. And it looks like the fog light mounts inside the new lip spoiler instead of the old mounting.

Check this site for a break down of the OEM front bumber:

and fog light:
