hey guys im still in the process of looking to buy a 545i. I have been looking vigoroulsy for an alpine white, no luck so far.....but i saw a monaco blue the other day and i thought it was beautful 
. I wanna hear what you guys think. Should i keep looking for the alpine or should i get me a Monaco blue.....any comments would be helpfull

Orientblau is one of the best colours on the E60!!

My e38 '01 740 was Orient Blue w/tan and I really liked the combination so specifically looked for the dark blue e60 when ready to update my primary car. I was willing to consider any interior color but again got lucky and found tan.
The good news for you is there seem to be more white or black cars available - I saw a post that it was the most popular color this year. When I was shopping there were very few Monaco Blue e60's to look at.
That said, on many days and night, the dark Monaco blue color is very dark and 'almost' black! BTW, Orient Blue is not one of the color choices for the e60 on the BMWUSA website. Deep Sea Blue and Monaco are.
