Are you sure it is a BMW? I can't find it on Realoem.
Plus we can't really help with Carfax and autocheck. You are going to have pay on their site to get the report

the car is MB S430 2003. This is bmw forums but to be honest, this MB is a solid car. My friend's dad has it, and its a good car, its large and comfy. Otherwise...how else can we help you? get a BMW eh....
