A CIP (Progman) update have fixed the problem.

Have you messed around with anything? The fact that you're talking about resistors makes me wonder if you were doing something to the lights before you lost the eyebrows.
If you haven't touched anything, then yes, Ricracing and NeRwEEzy are correct that this is a software problem...
