Yes, it's Platinum Bronze w/Sport Package which gives it the shaddow line trim.

Nice ride. After seeing the first picture, noticing that the houses look so cramp and in a new subdivision...all i could say was that it looked like sactown. sure enuf, the niello plates gave it away on the second and third photos.
I never had any luck with purchases at this dealer or any other dealer in the area. they always want msrp for their cars, very snotty. how was your experience? did you get it for around $1k over invoice?

No, it's not SacTown but not that far away. Actually, I had a really good experience there. I actually went to Edmunds.com and built the car as I wanted it and the specifications were sent out to 3 or 4 dealerships with a certain mile radius. That dealership was the first to respond and to give me the bottom line price that I was looking to get after reading post on this forum and another.

You don't see many bronze / gold cars over here, however I seem to have spotted quite a few X5's in that colour combo recently. Will be interesting to see if more 5ers start appearing over here in that colour with it now being available. Bronze/gold paint, shaddow line and big rims work well together -- gives it an exclusive / expensive look. Not my first choice of colour, but can see why people go for it, especially as an alternative to all the silver greys out there (not just BMW).
Enjoy that new bi-turbo of yours TLCE60!

A couple of things a need a acceptance on:
- the 535i seem to have the same wider exhausts than the 550i?
- what is in your sport package? No spoilers seen on your fine pics.
- in EU we do not have a Platinum Bronze, closest are Space Grey and Platinum Grey
Please send in some more pics.
PS. Do something about that front licence plate holder. It's bigger than Texas and looks horrible.
