Something tells me you have some extra features on your car.. Climate Control being one of them!

Although the pics may be older, be sure to tightly close your hood, so both the "latches" (or both locking mechanismis) are very tight.
It happened to me in the first few days of owning my E60 that the bonnet was only hanging in one of these things, and the co-driver side was slightly going up and down
