Teammates,

Some guys is convincing me that the 545 wheels will fit my XI with no problems (he's selling his 545) and tried to explain to him that the offset is way different he said it's all crap.

Anyone out there has a pic on how the 545 wheels looks on the XI so I can show this guy?

He is completely wrong. RWD vs. AWD E60 offsets are different.
Wheels taken from RWD E60 will poke out when installed in AWD E60.

XI has a very high offset, 45 I think. The RWD cars have a low/mid offset of 20.

Will the fit? Yes. They'll just look stupid.

Appreciate y'all. I thought about the same thing. I did tell him that's my first bimmer but with the help of this forum I sometimes feel like a pro.

Most RWD owners don't know that the offsets are different. We have the E90,E92 offset.
