Notice the area around the license plate frame...I wonder if the U.S spec car will get the same treatment??

The top photo is of one of the first somewhat disguised prototype M5's that showed up on the net a while back (notice the black tape on the bottom of the bumper that is commonly used to hide some of the design details).

Yep. Because the first pic shows one of the prototypes and the second the actual M5 you can say, that all M5's will look like in the second pic.
Now... Where is the lock?
