Ahh ... That's what I thought ... all looked like shade of red from the rear of that F10 ... could be just the angle/light of the pics. and/or become amber when light up.

Really great pics. I have a soft spot in my heart for the E28 and the E39, which I still own in addition to my E60. Love the red E28.

nice first shot!

though i can't believe its sooo difficult to find an enthusiast to have his car in such a photoshoot. there must be thousands of them.

sad to say it, but imho this magazine is certainly not the benchmark in the BMW enthusiast press. being a reader of the few UK BMW mags, this one leaves a very bland aftertaste - nothing more than badly disguised advertising from BMW AG and the odd aftermarket firm, and not well written anyways. full of paid features (even the reader letters are quite obviously fabricated), and the staff is not eveny trying properly to make it exciting. the only interesting part are the staff car reports, probably because they cannot fudge what's broken down and how it was fixed. I also have had unsatisfactory experience in communication with them, with my emails never answered and stuff like that.

my point being, the unability to get an E34 and E12 in there speaks VOLUMES about this mag's standing with the enthusiast scene

I still hope its a nice article, for the people who will spend money on the mag...
