My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

My Ride: SOLD...Jet Black 2008 550i M Sport with SAT, black interior. RPI exhaust and air scoop, 35% huper optik tint all around, CF roundels, flat black kidneys, Springfield Armory XD-40 jet black in glove box, charcoal filter removed.

nice first shot!
though i can't believe its sooo difficult to find an enthusiast to have his car in such a photoshoot. there must be thousands of them.
sad to say it, but imho this magazine is certainly not the benchmark in the BMW enthusiast press. being a reader of the few UK BMW mags, this one leaves a very bland aftertaste - nothing more than badly disguised advertising from BMW AG and the odd aftermarket firm, and not well written anyways. full of paid features (even the reader letters are quite obviously fabricated), and the staff is not eveny trying properly to make it exciting. the only interesting part are the staff car reports, probably because they cannot fudge what's broken down and how it was fixed. I also have had unsatisfactory experience in communication with them, with my emails never answered and stuff like that.
my point being, the unability to get an E34 and E12 in there speaks VOLUMES about this mag's standing with the enthusiast scene
I still hope its a nice article, for the people who will spend money on the mag...
