Performance Upgrade

Hi Guys,
I've a 523i Facelifted in Singapore and i'll be going over to USA for 2 weeks.
During my trip there, i'm hoping i can order some stuffs thru the net and have it delivered
to my friend who will then pass it to me so i can save on shipping cost.
I'm looking for mainly performance upgrade. Therefore, i hope that you guys can advice on
what i should get as i just have a small sum of money to spend for my car.
I'll have about USD$1300 with me and i hope i can get some decent upgrades with that sum of money.
First of all, i'll have to get my exhaust as i need quad exhaust to go with my M5 rear bumper.
The breakdown of the exhaust is as shown:
1) 2 Magnaflow Universal Muffler #10444 --------- $120
2) Tru-X Pipe #10791 -------------------------------$80
Total = $200.
Therefore, i have around $1100 to play with.
I hoping that you guys can give some advice on what is more worth the money for power/performance.
1) Air Intake / CAI (K&N, BMC, AFe, Etc)
2) Power Pulley
3) Race Cats
4) Headers
5) Sprint Booster
Some other misc stuffs that maybe i can spend my spare cash
1) HID Bulb 8000k
2) Nokya H8 White Angel Eye Bulb
3) Wheel Spacers
Or more that you guys maybe can help me with ?
I sincerely thank you guys for your help and i hope i can get good bargains from the USA.

My Ride: I have a 2007 Black Sapphire BMW 530i with SMG. It has the auburn interior, has PDC, Sports Package, Premium Package, rear automatic sunshades with manual side sunshades, 35% black tint, Upgraded angeleyes from Angelibrights, and Logic 7 Sound System
Model Year: 2007
I along with many of the members here on the forum have the AFE intake and expect very little gain that is unnoticeable. You will notice the sound difference though and that is what brings music to my ears!

Hmm..
But $1100 is a small amount of money and i dont think i can get everything on my list.
Wondering which of the stuffs that you guys would advice me to get based on my budget.
