Peeling dash paint - have you seen this?

Premium cars int's just must not peel after some years.
Leather don't - coated plastic will.
But as a excuse for BMW, some people may use such chemicals
(after shaves, parmufes, drugs) of their hands that the materials
react and peel - but still.

I had my center console radio trim replaced under warranty after it started to peel around the volume knob. Luckily I got the new trim that had the burl wood on the bottom!
Now, 8K out of warranty, I have noticed that both door arms are peeling, the black rubber part on the inside of the door arm. Are these replacable without having to take the whole door apart? Also the windows switch plates on both side are starting to peel. How easy are these to replace?
Part numbers? Rudy?

I am having the peeling on my steering column by the ignition and steering wheel...will they warranty that. Also, the door handle on the inside is faded...covered?
