My Ride: 2004 545i TITANIUM GREY II on Black Dakota Lthr, Comfort Seats, Sports PKG, Premium PKG, Active/Dynamic Drive, NAV, Winter Package.
A month ago I replaced my OEM pads and wanted to go with dust free (to a certain extend!) pads. I wanted to go with PBR Deluxe but the shop I deal with recommended TRW made in Germany (never heard of the). After the installation I drove for about 1 week and the pads where great and believe it or not I hardly had any dust on my wheels, I couldn't believe it! Then we get rain and these pads where squeaking like hell! The shop wants to replace them with whatever I want but because of this experience I'm wondering if the PBR Delexue are going to do the same thing.
Anyone presently using PBRs on their E60? Can I get some feedback? Should I go back to BMW's OEM pads?
What's your recommendation? I don't have much time as I have to get back to the shop ASAP, so I would really appreciate it if you could respond to me quickly. Thanks.

My Ride: Current rides:
2011 Z4 35i MSport DCT (pictures coming)
2010 535i MSport
2008K1200GT
(Sold) 2001 541i MSport
(Sold) 2007 Z4 Coupe
I know nothing about TRW, but have been running the PBR deluxe on my E39 for about three years (20K on them) and I really like them. Very clean as claimed and I have never had any stopping issues.
I consider my driving style spirited, but I have never tracked the PBRs.

What about Akebono? It seems PBR doesn't make the rear pads for our cars.
