#Patina x Niche Road Wheels Photo Shoot
My #Patina build thread has been progressing slowly over the past few months. Ive really been taking my time with no real deadline in sight. That is until a couple weeks back when the guys at Niche Road Wheels contacted me to see if i wanted to have my car professionally shot to go into their product catalogue and website. I of course jumped at the opportunity with some caveats..
there would not be sufficient time to complete a few items within the allotted two week window so we would only be able to shoot the car from certain angles and hopefully adjust the ride height in post production (not enough time to: install coilovers, exhaust, finish the LCI headlights, etc). I had to leave in my old rusty Pre-LCI headlights but they held up well still haha
They were kind enough to oblige. Here are the photos from their photographer. I do believe they will be adjusted a bit more before they go to print though....but i couldnt hold on to them any longer haha!
These wheels are a custom build. They are normally only available in a 2-piece design. However, when i went to them with my project and the ideas i had in mind, they had their engineers work directly with me to create a custom 3-piece engineering profile to accomodate the exact specs of my car and design parameters. here are the wheel specs:
Niche Citrine
3-Piece wheel
Copper Face with clear coat
Chrome stepped lips
21" x 10" et0 - front
21" x 11.5" et12 - rear
Tires
Falken 452
255/30/21
295/25/21
Vinyl wrap is Oracal 970ra in gloss Police Blue. Taillights are my own design.
if you havent checked it out already, you can follow the antics and updates in my build thread here:

next up: additional touch ups on the wrap, headlights, installing coilovers and exhaust pretty soon here, etc...

Wow looks great, especially the tall one in grey mini. And those wheels are so retro, haven't seen them on E60. Very unique and nicely done.
