I was just wondering if there is any E60's running with a 9500ci. Just curious how you like it and if you have any stories about it.

Nice.

Just curious how the 9500 is working out for you? Likes and dislikes?

I like it a lot but I have no experience comparing it to anything else. The GPS filtering of false signals works great. The sensitivity is fantastic even with the sensor mounted down on the bumper. I pick them up from over hills, around curves, behind me, etc. It does not have the newer feature where they support getting info from other passport users (do they call it passport Live??).

Driving my normal routes through town the thing is really quite. When it beeps at me I can be pretty sure there is radar unit in the area.

What you are refering to is called "Escort Live". It is a iPhone and Android smartphone app that networks detector alerts from other Escort Live users via a special bluetooth equipped power cord ("SmartCord Live" cord). You can integrate the Escort Live app with your 9500ci with our new 9500ci SmartCord Live Direct Wire. Installation of this direct wire is simple.

It's great to hear that your 9500ci has served you well!

Woot! I had been looking for this. How recently was this released? ... going to site now to read up https://5series.net/forums/public/st...ault/twoup.gif.

You willing to do any minor support questions on this forum? I'll start a new thread with my first question.

It's been available for the 9500ci since July. You will find it on the Detector Accessories/Straight Cords section of our webstore. You can view the installation in the quick reference guide on our "manuals" webpage. It's called "ESCORT SmartCord Live DirectWire Quick Reference Guide" (iPhone or Android).

Sure, it would be my pleasure to answer questions here. Actually I can do major support, I run our own forum ;) I have subscribed to this thread so post a link in this thread to the one that you create and I will subscribe to it also.
