Does any one had this happen. Any ifo on upcoming recall by BMW to fis the problem

My Ride: 2004 530i premium package/active steering/auto sunshade/tiag/black dakota leather/logic 7 35% tint all around 19' DPE GT7

I just got this warning last week and I took it to the dealer yesterday and they said that they need to replace the airbag sensor mat. This is also the piece that is on the upcoming recall, however the funny thing is, is that the dealer told me that my car shouldn't be on the recall list. Just a coincidence I guess
