When I have my A/C set on "auto" and my passenger changes HER temperature to a warmer setting, there is very little noticable change in the air temp. I have tested it by putting mine as cold as it will go and the passengers as warm as it will go and I still detect very little change in temperature. Is this normal? I am expecting one to blow cold and one to blow warm, but that is not the case.

What type of air (warm/cool) the A/C blows depends on the ambient temperature. If outside is warm than the car will not blow warm air unless you change the climate setting in your i drive to warm setting.

Hi, Derrick. I definitely had warm air coming out of the driver side yesterday and cooled air coming out of HER side. I only did for a minute or less, but my side was turned all the way to the right.

Thanks, Jim! In that case, mine is obviously not working right. I did the opposite, but it didn't work (ie: mine turned all the way to left [cold] and hers all the way to the right [hot]) and while it decreased the force of the air coming out of her side, it still blew cold air, just not with the same intensity as my side.

Have you checked out the air distribution menu? The output of the air is maybe turned to one of the lowest settings and that could be why you don't feel a difference. Good luck
