Hey guys. On my 06 530xi in my idrive it says I need to replace my particle filter. Everything I google on that is only showing for diesels. And on the idrive it shows a pic of the filter and it says diesel. Any ideas?

Are you sure the idrive isn't showing you the microfilter for the cabin?

How many miles on the Vehicle? Supposedly the DPF needs to be changed at 120,000 miles.

Anyone know if it's possible to get 250,000 from a dpf? I've seen Anzafins write up on cleaning it btw

But if his car is a petrol version, he does not have the DPF.

The new ones from LCI onwards are supposed to be for the life of the vehicle. There is no longer any info for it on iDrive.

Hah! That must be an error in a software. If your car is a petrol version you don't have a DPF.
