Good point--weird spot, not wide enough for a car.
Yes, the last thing I wanted to hear from his mouth is "sudden acceleration". And the bimmer happened to be in the perfect spot to stop it! There is no logical reason for him to run over the curb when there are plenty of parking spaces in the back. I wonder at what point he realized geeez my car is not moving foward, that black car looks awfully close?

That's exactly why I leave my trailer hitch on my truck. It's destroyed the bumpers of two idiot Toyota drivers that attempted to park against the back bumper. I always park the BMW with lots of room from the end of the parking spot just for this reason.

That maybe one of the reason why some people are fat, got to find a way to go over curb for nearest parking to avoid walking.
