i have decided to paint my calipers.... in either yellow, red or blue. Still undecided however I might go to yellow. Any members here have any pictures or their painted calipers?

What is the best way to paint them, using spray or just paint? Can they be done without removing them from their place?

Spray is a PITA to do, because you have to mask of the car...next time I will use a brush...I too was thinking yellow, but decided on red instead. Until i get a BBK this looks ok

I painted mine gold. I ended up spay painting b/c I could only find high temperature gold paint in a spray can. I would have preferred using can paint with a foam brush. IMO its the best way to go. Don't forget to brakecleen the crap out of the caliper 1st.

+1 I used a can and foam brush (Duplicolor Kit, but the brush that comes with it is crap). So much easier that way and a smoother finish than with a regular brush. I ended up with red because yellow was a special order item that no one local kept in stock. When/if I repaint them it will be in yellow, way too many cars have red for my tastes.

I might try this kit next time, just not sure why it's double the price of the Duplicolor one - it does have many more color options though. R1 Concepts

I spray painted mine silver with a can. The product I got was made for calipers and is ceramic.

For me Yellow would be hard to keep clean and would make a BMW look like the owner just graduated from a Honda civic.

They look good as long as they are kept clean, otherwise
