I have recently replaced an OEM battery, and have noticed that the P light on the shift column stays illuminated at all times. Obviously ON when driving or when key is in ignition, but "all the time"? Anyone noticed this?

Light on = car awake
Light off = car asleep

If it doesn't go off, as E suggests, after 16 minutes (sometimes longer) from the last touch of the car, then you may not have properly replaced the battery. (Maybe an IBS issue or something...)
