owner knows not his car

i came across a 545i e60 owner this afternoon.
his e60 has sp and looks very loaded with options, but this poor guy has no clue of his machine, wasn't very friendly and does not clean his car (1 month old)!
he also appears to be not interested in finding out more in any sort of forums.
he should have gotten a merc, those things drive itself and the owner needs to know no nuts.
so sad
