Belgian, supposedly two youngsters doing a street race that ended badly. Two wounded.

Were the two who were wounded the two who were street racing? If so then that'll be two less idiots on the road drivers in Belgium will have to deal with.

The ones that were racing were wounded, no other people are hurt. I saw the accident, the one that was driving the E60 didnt even have his driverslicense.
