Ouch I feel your pain. Hope you will have it resolved quickly and that your baby looks like new again!
The orange on the car gives it a somewhat unreal look, does it illuminate in the dark?
J/K this a very serious damage. Good luck man.

I'm just back from the dealer. Car will be repaired the 22nd of august. I am insured through BMW. I called the insurance company and they told me the repair should be done by the dealer (or at least a company that works with my dealer).
I will get a complete new door and sideskirt. Mirror could be repairable...
I hope everything works fine and I will check if the color matches the rest of the car..
I also arranged a 525i loaner with navigation for that week so I kinda will be driving my own car during repairs..

Sorry to hear Dennis :'(
Bummer. But, BMW insurance has a pretty good service. Don't worry, you will have your BMW back good as new. ( If you get a new mirror, try to arrange an M5 mirror..hehe, then only pay for 1 yourself..hhhmmmm )
All the best man.

ouch, it's really frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!
I did my first bump in Paris on a tall curb only 5 days after getting the car in Munich. It was very depressing.
But with good body work, it can be back like new.
Maybe avoid Belgium from now on. (ha ha).
