Orient Blue, What interior?

My Ride: Arrived 3 June 2005: 2005 545i - Orient Blue, Black interior, Sport, Steptronic, Cold Weather, NAV, Sirius, Logic7, Comfort Seats, Sunshades. What a glorious ride!
Well, I guess since I have an Orient Blue on order with a black interior, I'll vote that way! 
Seriously, I ordered the black interior and blue exterior "in order to promote domestic tranquility." My wife does not care for the dirt and grime that is evident on the beige leather of my current ride (NOT a BMW). Neither of us likes the gray, and I don't like the "two-tone" look of the auburn leather interior. So black it is. But color of the car really does not matter that much to me, so long as we're not talking the amethyst color. Whose idea was that one?
All that being said, aesthetics of the automobile is a very personal thing. Get what you like, and ignore the opinions of others who may not prefer "your" look.

550i SilverGrey Sports, Winter, Prem Pkg, Prem sound, NAV, HUD, comfort seats
Most likely will go black. The order isn't in since they arent quite yet taking them for the 550 (tho' I have a deposit to be first on the order list) so I'll check out the status of a friends gray interior and see how it's worn. He's had his 3mos or so.

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
To choose between gray and black, i would go for Black for sure. My number one choice would be Auburn though..

I am about to place an order for orient blue with black interior. We had a Mercedes (piece of Sh** car from a reliability standpoint by the way) and it was navy/black and the interior stayed in good shape despite the best efforts of our three hooligan children to trash it.
