My Ride: E60
(1) Pro Nav (I've seen lots of E60s for sale and if they are "nav less", forget it);
(2) Sports Pkg AND Premium Pkg (must have both);
(3) Highest output engine I can afford;
(4) Xenon
I love Logic 7, don't get me wrong. Just won't pay 1,800 USD for it. The CD changer will not be needed when MP3 arrives (100+ songs per CD).
I also love the idea of HUD since I'm a gadget man (see #1), but I would be sweating bullets EVEN MORE when on freeways behind those dirt hauling trucks that love to drop things that crack windshields.
Just my thoughts.

Although there are numerous options that I truly enjoy, the following (in no particular order) are some of the more satisfying:
1. Dynamic Drive (trust me, there is a DIFFERENCE)
2. Active Steering (forget the naysayers, drive one for a while then drive a "normal" car and you will know what I mean)
3. Comfort seats (the most supportive and comfortable seats available out there)
Obviously, there are many more great options for the 5. The options listed above, however, are absolutely critical (in my opinion).
Just my 2 cents.......

535 diesel
Sat nav
bluetooth
logic 7
xenon
HUD
comfort seats
dechroming
de badging
not worth it:
ventilated seats (depending on your climate!)
extended lights
active steering (but the adaptive steering option is great)
sunshine roof
wheels over 17 inches! (look GREAT, feel is too hard core!)
alu cube dash (uggghhh!)
All IMHO of course!
